• "Solved physics exercises" refers to International Baccalaureate type physics problems that are solved by expert teachers and recorded in video format.
• "Services" refers to the educational content and resources provided by Physics Study Town, including exercises, past papers, question banks, and internal assessment assistance.
• "Subscription" refers to the different plans available for users to access the services, including 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year options.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
Physics Study Town offers educational content and resources focused on International Baccalaureate (IB) physics. The services include a wide range of exercises, solved problems, concept explanations, question banks, and assistance with internal assessments.
Users can access the Website and limited content for free without a subscription. However, to fully benefit from the services, users can choose to subscribe to a Membership plan, which provides access to additional features and resources.Users may be required to create an individual User Account to access certain features and services on the Website. The User Account will contain personal data and enable the use of services provided by Physics Study Town.
By registering for a User Account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is strictly forbidden to provide false or misleading information during the registration process.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User Account login credentials and for any activities or actions taken under their account. Physics Study Town reserves the right to terminate or suspend User Accounts that violate these terms or engage in any unauthorized or inappropriate activities.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services provided by Physics Study Town for their personal educational purposes. The content and resources accessed through the services are for individual use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without explicit permission.
Users agree to use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of user accounts and legal action if necessary.The Client is entitled to terminate the contract for the provision of services at any time by notifying the Service Provider. Termination of the contract shall result in the termination of the Client's access to the Services provided through the Website.
The termination notice should be sent by email to help@sonak.store. Upon receiving the termination notice, the Service Provider shall promptly confirm the termination to the Client.
In the event of termination, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid for the unused portion of the Membership unless otherwise agreed upon by the Service Provider.
All materials, content, and resources provided through the Website, including but not limited to videos, solutions, explanations, and original questions, are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright. These materials are the sole property of Sonak Education SL and its affiliated entities.
The Client acknowledges that they are granted access to the materials and content solely for personal and educational purposes. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the materials and content provided through the Website without the prior written consent of Sonak Education SL.
Any unauthorized use or infringement of the intellectual property rights belonging to Sonak Education SL may result in legal action.
The Service Provider shall exercise due diligence to ensure the proper functioning, security, and accessibility of the Website and the Services provided through it. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee that the Website will be free from errors, viruses, or other malicious components.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Website or the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the use of theWebsite and the Services is at their own risk. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the Client's reliance on the information and materials provided on the Website. The Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information or materials before using them.
In no event shall the total liability of the Service Provider, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Membership.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
In the event of any dispute or claim arising from the use of the Website or the Services, the Client agrees to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations with the Service Provider.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the use of the Website and the Services. Any other terms or agreements, whether written or oral, are hereby superseded.
